All customized product sales are final with no exceptions. If your item is damaged during shipping please let us know we will work with you to file a claim with the shipper and obtain a replacement.
All shipping damages require that you provide a digital photo to us of the damages within 10 days of receipt of the package. We also require that you return the product to us within 15 days of the day of receipt. After this we are not able to accept the return because the shipping insurance may not cover damages beyond this time frame.
When you are returning items, it is our recommendation for the buyer to purchase a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
